E Pili Mai, Connect and Feel Keauhou Lily Dudoit A cultural presentation to share the historical sites and cultural connection at the Sheraton Keauhou. Learn through stories passed down in oral tradition, experience the essence of the Sheraton Keauhou while being in presence of ancient sites that the Hawaiians built. Embark on a Hawaiian journey through storytelling, chant and spiritual connection. Experience Aloha...E Pili Mai, connect and feel Keauhou. (Note: Monday's group will include a blessing for the beginning of the Conference along with a traditional gift-giving to the land by the 99s.)

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Critical Incidents Mimi Tompkins In April of 1988, Madeline “Mimi” Tompkins was flying as First Officer on Aloha Airlines Flight 243 when 18’ of the upper fuselage of the 737 ripped off while leveling at 24,000’ near the Big Island of Hawaii. 89 people were injured and a flight attendant was swept out of the plane. As a result of this accident, she helped research, design and implement the Airline Pilot Association’s Critical Incident Response Program and acted as International Chairperson of this committee for many years. She went on to fly Captain and facilitate CRM classes for Aloha Airlines for 20 years. Mimi is now flying the Boeing 767 with Hawaiian Airlines. She is still active with Critical Incident Stress Management as team member, trainer, and mental health professional.

Laura Donnelly, Lockheed Martin Flight Services' Hub Lead Operations Supervisor from Prescott, AZ will give an overview of today's FSS services that are available to us, whether general aviation or professional pilots.
